- Customers fill in full delivery information: Full name of buyer, Address, recipient's phone number and selected delivery time.

- The buyer has the right to negotiate with the seller on the method of delivery of the goods and services he has ordered, which can be delivered directly, sent by post, or hired by a third party for delivery depending on the agreement between the two parties on delivery. The floor is responsible for providing information to the buyer or seller in case of a dispute during the transaction if a conflict arises after delivery.

Form of "PAYMENT BY BANK CARD"

- Payment currency on Kuvings-vn.vn e-commerce platform is VND.

- The policy applies to international credit or debit cards and domestic ATM cards when making online payments at the Kuvings Vietnam website.

- The credit/debit card limit must be higher than the value of the product the customer chooses to buy.

- Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance sector according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.
