Describe

This recipe was inspired by the combination of strawberries, peaches and cream as a dessert. The fruit flavors combine with the cashews to create a neutral flavor for the milk.

The first thing you’ll notice is how easy it is to make delicious, nutritious nut milk at home with a juicer. You don’t need any extra accessories, the nut milk is made using the standard strainer that comes with the juicer.

A healthy alternative to buying flavored milk at the store.

Cold pressing method

First, make the cashew milk.

Start by closing the smart stopper when making nut milk. Put a handful of cashews in the slow juicer then add 1/4 of the water. Continue alternating between cashews and water until all the water is used up.

Open the stopper to remove the nut milk before juicing.

Next, juice the strawberries. You can add them all at once.

Squeeze the peaches last and add them one piece at a time, letting the juicer squeeze through each piece before adding the next.

Tip : Use firm peaches as they will juice more efficiently through the juicer.

Use with AUTO10 [KHS-2520CB] : Make the milk first, then place strawberries on the bottom layer and peaches on top of the ingredient container.

Peach

Peaches aid digestion and boost the immune system. The nutrients in peach juice primarily benefit the lungs, heart, and skin. They are easy to digest and contain over 80% water, making them a great choice for juicing and keeping you hydrated during the summer.

Peaches have powerful anti-inflammatory properties and are especially beneficial for sinus problems, arthritis, high blood pressure and constipation.

They are also great for the body during pregnancy and are great healing foods for children.

Strawberry

Strawberries are a true superfood. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They also help to repair, restore, and rejuvenate the body.

Nutrition : Rich in vitamin C, strawberries help boost the immune system by preventing colds, flu, and respiratory infections. They are also rich in antioxidants such as anthocyanins, ellagic acid, and quercetin, which help protect the body from oxidative stress and inflammation. When strawberries are ripe on the vine, they have a higher vitamin C content. They are also rich in potassium, sodium, and iron.

Cardiovascular / Circulatory System : Strawberries can also help maintain a steady heart rate and strength for the heart muscle. They contain ellagic acid and flavonoids - substances that are good for cardiovascular health, helping to prevent heart disease, stroke and support cholesterol reduction.

Muscular system : Strawberries benefit the muscular system thanks to their rich nutritional composition. They are a good source of vitamin C, which plays an important role in collagen synthesis. Collagen is a protein that provides structure to muscles, tendons, and ligaments, supporting their strength and tone. Additionally, strawberries contain antioxidants such as anthocyanins, which help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in muscles, promoting faster recovery after exercise. The combination of vitamin C and antioxidants in strawberries helps maintain healthy muscles and supports overall muscle function, making strawberries a delicious and nutritious choice for muscle health.

Nervous system : Strawberries contain vitamin C, which is important for brain health and the production of neurotransmitters. Vitamin C also acts as an antioxidant, protecting the brain from damage caused by free radicals.

Sensory System : Strawberries are also known to be beneficial for age-related macular degeneration and vision related problems.

Cashew

Cashews, with their rich texture and rich flavor, are not only a delicious snack but also provide many health benefits to different parts of the body.

Nutrition : Cashews are rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, vitamin K, and magnesium. They are also a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, making cashews a great nutritional addition to your diet.

Cardiovascular / Circulatory System : For the cardiovascular system, cashews are rich in monounsaturated fats, which can help lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. In addition, the magnesium in cashews also helps regulate blood pressure and keep the heart rate stable.

Digestive system : Cashews are a good source of fiber, which helps promote digestive stability by preventing constipation and supporting healthy gut microflora. The fiber in cashews also helps regulate blood sugar levels and may aid in weight control.

Nervous system : Cashews contain many nutrients that benefit the nervous system, including magnesium and vitamin E. These nutrients help support brain health and may reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.
