This is a great snack for kids who don't like vegetables!


INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower 150 g, 50 g squash, Potatoes40g, Carrots 80 g, Eggs 35 g, Cheese 10 g, Starch 350 g, Water 100 g, Eggs 70 g (for egg water), Bread flour250 g

TIP If your child likes meat, mix in minced meat and spices.

METHOD

  1. 1. Blend broccoli, zucchini, potatoes, carrots and take the vegetable pulp after blending.
  2. 2. Mix vegetable pulp with eggs, cheese, starch.
  3. 3. Coat the surface with flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs then fry.
