This is a great snack for kids who don't like vegetables!
INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower 150 g, 50 g squash, Potatoes40g, Carrots 80 g, Eggs 35 g, Cheese 10 g, Starch 350 g, Water 100 g, Eggs 70 g (for egg water), Bread flour250 g
TIP If your child likes meat, mix in minced meat and spices.
METHOD
- 1. Blend broccoli, zucchini, potatoes, carrots and take the vegetable pulp after blending.
- 2. Mix vegetable pulp with eggs, cheese, starch.
- 3. Coat the surface with flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs then fry.
